Visionary Accounting Group is a New York based Virtual Accounting Firm. We offer cloud based accounting solutions to nonprofit organizations in the United States. Our specialty is workflow automation and streamlining financial operations. We go beyond bookkeeping to provide transparent financial reporting needed to support the growth of your organization.

We are 100% virtual which means we operate in the cloud and our accounting platform of choice is QuickBooks Online. We serve as an extension of your team and equip you with actionable reporting to support critical decision making.

CEO - GERMEEN Y. GUILLAUME

Meet Our Founder

Germeen Y. Guillaume is the CEO and Founder of Visionary Accounting Group. Since founding the company in 2015, she has helped nonprofit organizations across the country leverage technology as a means to gain deeper financial insight and real time data. To date, Germeen has led the company in recouping over $2.8M in receivables, through workflow automations and accounting system conversions. She has aided clients through external and agency audits, integrating tech solutions, strategic management reporting, and preparation for funding/financing.

Prior to launching Visionary Accounting Group, Germeen was an internal audit manager at one of the Big 5 Banks headquartered in Toronto, Canada. As a certified anti-money laundering specialist, she worked in a hybrid role assisting in compliance and trust administration audits. Germeen also spent more than four years working in public accounting at one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms (Ernst & Young) where her focus was on financial audits for hedge funds and private equity firms.

Aside from her professional work, Germeen is an avid traveler, loves reading, and is passionate about educating others on financial literacy. On any given day, you can find her discussing important money matters and awaiting her next traveling adventure!
